Aquarevo maintains heightened interest from buyers
Aquarevo continues to experience unprecedented sales success, with hundreds of Victorian families attending a ballot at Lyndhurst Primary School in June. A crowd of more than 500 attended the June Aquarevo ballot, with 125 people registering for a chance to secure a block of land in the unique development by Villawood Properties and Victorian government utility South East Water. As the demand for land at Aquarevo is unprecedented, a ballot process to sell land was decided as the fairest way of giving everyone an equal opportunity to secure a lot.
The ballot marked the fifth consecutive sell-out at Aquarevo, which has attracted widespread interest for the innovative water and energy saving solutions that will be installed in each home in the development, paired with its highly desirable location of Lyndhurst in Melbourne’s south-east growth corridor.
